Nigeria’s destiny thrives only when our collective sacrifice outweighs our personal convenience. True patriotism requires a ferocious intolerance for corruption and the courage to actively champion just policies while firmly confronting bad governance. The burden of nation-building rests squarely upon the choices we make today. Let us stop treating our country as an extraction site. We must shoulder the sacred sacrifice of active citizenship, and deliberately shape the great future that lies in our hands.
