We live in an era obsessed with personal branding, where talking about the work has somehow become more valuable than actually doing it. Everyone is fighting for the spotlight, desperate to claim credit for every minor win. But the real power lies in quiet, steady execution.

This is why these words hit so hard: "One day my grandfather told me that there are two types of people: those who work, and those who seek the credit. He told me to try to be in the first group: there's less competition there." When you stop worrying about who gets the praise, you suddenly free up all your energy to actually build things of substance.
