I honestly thought this was a lie until I actually read about it.
Imagine rain falling from heaven and you put buckets outside to collect it, only for somebody to tell you that you’re breaking the law. 🤣🤣
Apparently, in some parts of the USA, collecting rainwater can be restricted because of “water rights.”
