The Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers and the Association of Securities Dealing Houses of Nigeria have described the Dangote Refinery IPO as a landmark development for Nigeria’s capital market. They said the offer could boost foreign exchange earnings, support import substitution, drive industrial growth and deepen investor participation. The public offer opened on September 14, 2026, at N525 per share, with a minimum subscription of 10 shares.
