"My friend bought a plot of land about ₦4,400,000 last 2 years..

‎He left it and didn't do anything there.

‎Last year, a lot certain man cleared the the land and wanted to start building there.

‎My friend heard about it and rush there, met with the man, asked him why he was on his land?
‎
‎The man claimed it was his land.
‎
‎My friend warned him to stay away from his land and showed him his papers..

‎The man said over his body, that he will never let go.
‎
‎My friend called tried reaching out to the man that sold the land to him but was told he had passed away that same year.
‎
‎So one day, my friend got a plain red cloth, got lizard, got a toy and chicken feather,
‎
‎Then tied it all together, put a rope at the entrance road to the land and hunged the stuff there.

‎From that day, he never heard from that other man again.
‎
‎This year, he sold the land about ₦18,000,000"
