The law enforcement agents are required by law to read you your rights and tell you why you're being arrested before taking you into custody, and if they refuse, you have the right to ask for the reason and to demand a legal representative.

Well, even if the arrest is unlawful, physically resisting arrest can lead to additional charges, its best to comply and challenge it with a lawyer afterwards
