A purchase cap has been announced in Kiev on oil, salt, sugar, eggs, flour, water, tissues, canned foods.

Understand Putin didn't do this till Zelensky attacked civilian infrastructures in Russia. President Putin kept his words to keep the frontline contained but Kiev went after our civilian vessels, attacked our civilian warehouses.

The Ukrainians are truly the masters of their own demise. Just like the "unprovoked invasion" after years of kiIIing innocents in Donetsk and Odessa. They are not victims.
