Funny enough, nobody is mentioning the General in Bornu that escaped a terrorists ambush. Sent a message to his command and was asked to stay at a particular place and the terrorists used the same coordinates he sent to his command to capture and kill him!
This is on the complicit aspect that VDM mentioned!
