Ajede Engages Health Volunteers on Strengthening Primary Healthcare Delivery in Ukwuani

Earlier today, as part of ongoing efforts to strengthen the primary healthcare system and enhance accessible and quality healthcare services across Ukwuani Local Government Area, the Executive Chairman of Ukwuani LGA, Hon. Dr. C.S. Possible Ajede, PhD, held a strategic engagement with volunteers serving in health facilities across the LGA.

The meeting provided an opportunity to review their roles and contributions to healthcare delivery at the grassroots level, while reinforcing the administration’s commitment to improving the standard and accessibility of primary healthcare services.

Addressing the volunteers, the Chairman commended them for their dedication, sacrifice and selfless service to humanity. He urged them to remain committed, diligent and steadfast in the discharge of their responsibilities at their respective duty posts.

He further emphasized the importance of their contributions to the effective functioning of primary healthcare facilities, particularly in bringing essential healthcare services closer to the people.

The engagement reflects the administration’s continued commitment to building a stronger, more responsive and people-centred primary healthcare system in Ukwuani LGA.
