“Who Has Access to Your Mind?” ⭐
You can be very careful about what you watch and read, but what about the people you constantly listen to?

Some conversations leave you inspired.
Some leave you doubting yourself.
Some people challenge you to think bigger.
Others have a reason why nothing will ever work.

And sometimes negativity doesn’t sound negative. It sounds like:

“Be realistic.”
“People like us don’t do that.”
“Why are you stressing yourself?”
“Nobody has ever done that in our family.”

As I grow older, I’m learning that access matters.
You don’t have to stop loving people, but you do have to become intentional about whose opinions get a vote in your decisions.
Because the voices you hear repeatedly can eventually become the voice you hear in your own head.
