Oh! Oh!
I hear say una favourite GWR award winning chef, Hilda Baci come for main road for Lekki dey beg people to come buy her food.

Chei! Sapa, why?

Like I always ask, how many average Nigerians in this hard economy can afford to pay for a plate of rice at N15k/plate (minimum rate) at Hilda Baci's restaurant? A plate of food that will not even fill you up like your local buka.

In as much as she wants to uphold a brand with a set of target customers on mind, she must also balance her pricing with the current economic reality bearing in mind that her supposed target customers also have thousands of same ambience restaurant (even better) at other locations on the island. A stiff competition so to speak.

Food vending is a delicate venture because a tray of food you could not finish selling today will not have the same taste tomorrow.
