**Peter Okoye** says the real problem in P Square was not just a family disagreement but betrayal. He talks about Northside Entertainment and Cynthia Morgan's contract, saying Jude has not been truthful about how the company was run. Peter believes many of the things Jude has said over the years do not match the documents now available.

Peter explains that Northside Entertainment belonged to P Square and was managed by them, but he questions Jude's claims about owning or controlling the company. He also points out that the dates the companies were registered do not support Jude's version of events.

While preparing for a trip, Peter says he came across old financial documents that immediately raised suspicions. According to him, the papers contained records that exposed how money from the group had been handled over the years.

Peter reveals that investigators looked into **three major banks—FCMB, Ecobank, and Zenith Bank**. According to him, the records from these banks showed that the agreed one-third sharing formula was never followed. Instead, Jude always received the largest share, Paul came next, while Peter received the least.

Peter highlights the findings from the **FCMB dollar account**. According to the records:

* **Paul received about $78,650**
* **Peter received only about $41,800**

Peter says the total amount shared was about **$368,950**, yet the money was far from equally divided despite their agreement.

Peter then discusses the **Ecobank account**, where investigators allegedly found even larger sums. The records showed:

* **Jude received over $1.1 million**
* **Paul received about $473,000**
* **Peter received only about $268,000**

Peter argues these figures clearly show that the money was not shared equally.

Peter says the investigation also covered **Zenith Bank** and other Northside Music accounts. He alleges that Jude opened and operated several company accounts across **FCMB, Ecobank, Zenith Bank, and Access Bank**, making it difficult to track the company's total earnings. Peter claims some of these accounts were used to hide money that should have belonged to him and Cynthia Morgan.

Peter says losing money was painful, but what hurt him even more was being publicly embarrassed by people he trusted the most. According to him, after taking advantage of him financially, they still tried to paint him as the problem.

Peter responds to Paul's allegation that he diverted money. He insists the bank records tell a different story and claims the financial imbalance favoured Jude, not him. Peter questions why Paul continued defending Jude despite what the investigation allegedly uncovered.

Peter concludes by saying the investigation exposed deeper financial dealings. He claims what had been presented as a loan from Paul to Jude was actually unpaid royalties. Peter says the evidence gathered from **FCMB, Ecobank, Zenith Bank, and other accounts** reveals a consistent pattern in which the agreed **one-third sharing formula** was ignored, with Jude receiving the largest share, Paul receiving the second-largest, and Peter receiving the least. According to Peter, these findings explain the root of the long-running financial dispute within P Square.
