THE TANK EVERY MAN CARRIES, THE NEED FOR FOR SELF-CONTROL AS A DEFENSIVE MECHANISM TOWARDS INFIDELITY.

Every man carries a tank. As time goes by, that tank gets filled. And when it becomes full, it naturally looks for a place to empty. This is one of the differences between a man and a woman.

A man does not only struggle with desire; he also struggles with the feeling of needing to release what has been building inside him. This is something many women may never fully understand because men and women are created differently.

A woman’s desire is often connected to emotional connection, intimacy, and affection. It can wait because it is deeply connected to feelings. But a man’s tank can create a strong physical urge that demands discipline and self-control.

That is why a man can sometimes seek intimacy even when he is under pressure, angry, stressed, or emotionally disconnected. It does not always mean there is love or commitment behind it. Sometimes it is simply the desire to release what has been building.

This is why a man who does not know God and does not practice self-control can easily be led by his feelings. He sees beauty, certain things, or an opportunity that presents itself, and suddenly he remembers that his tank is full.

But this is where courage, wisdom, and respect for yourself come in.

A full tank does not mean you pour yourself everywhere. Not every place is the right place. Every key has its own lock, and every river has its own banks.

In the same way, a man who gives himself everywhere leaves behind broken trust, pain, rejection, and broken relationships. The temporary feeling can create permanent damage.

This is also why, in some cultures and generations, polygamy existed as a structured way of managing relationships. People believed it could provide responsibility and order instead of allowing hidden relationships, temptation, and chaos to take over. However, regardless of the system, a man’s character and ability to control himself remain important.

This is why God said it is not good for man to be alone. He gave him a helper, a wife, a companion, and a covenant partner to build a life with.

A man without self-control becomes a prisoner of his own desires. When feelings take over, he can make decisions that he later regrets.

But a man who fears God and has self-control understands that

The tank may fill, but wisdom decides where, when, and with whom it is emptied.
