Your Excellency President Tinubu, military, police, courts, airforce, opposition parties, independent, governors in the 36 states 774 LGA candidates 240 million Nigerians are writing as concerned Nigerian who believes deeply in the responsibility of government and the military to protect all 240 million Nigerians. Nigeria’s population of more than 240 million Nigerians deserves safety, stability, and accountability from those entrusted with national security.

The recent detention of Private Onasanya Ifeoluwa and Private Ukpai Onyinyechi has raised serious concerns. These soldiers were reportedly arrested for acting as bouncers at a private wedding in Lagos. While the Nigerian Army has stated that this was an unauthorized deployment, many Nigerians see this incident as a symptom of a long‑standing systemic problem for decades starting from leadership at the top respectfully a corrupt system

For decades, ordinary Nigerians have watched as corruption within political and military institutions goes unpunished. High‑ranking officials who commit serious offenses often continue to hold power, receive salaries funded by taxpayers, and operate without consequence. Meanwhile, everyday Nigerians face hunger, poverty, insecurity, and fear.

If Nigeria is to move forward, accountability must begin at the top. Leadership must be transparent, honest, and willing to confront the failures that have harmed the nation since the 1990s. When leaders take responsibility, the military and other institutions will follow.

We respectfullydemand your administration to:

Ensure fairness and proportionality in the handling of Private Onasanya Ifeoluwa and Private Ukpai Onyinyechi.

Address systemic corruption that allows powerful individuals to evade justice for decades

Strengthen the military’s capacity and commitment to eliminating terrorist threats that continue to endanger Nigerians for decades

Demonstrate accountability to the 240 million Nigerians who depend on your leadership.

Nigeria cannot continue on a path where 240 million Nigerians suffer while those in power remain untouched by the consequences of their actions. The nation deserves better, and meaningful change must begin now. We demand leadership reset now
