AWAY FROM THE SKYLINE

We wake beneath the same sun, breathe the same air, and walk upon the same earth, yet we do not all stand in the same season. One person is sowing while another is reaping. One is beginning where another is ending. One is celebrating what another is still praying for. Though our paths cross in the same world, our realities are shaped by different journeys.

This is why we must be cautious of absolutism. A truth discovered in one season may not be false in another it may simply wear a different face. Comparison, too, is a poor judge, for it measures visible outcomes while remaining blind to invisible battles. Life teaches us that harmony is not found in making every story the same, but in recognizing that different stories can carry the same truth. Two seemingly opposing realities can both be right when viewed through the lens of their own context.

Perhaps wisdom is not the insistence that everyone sees through our eyes, but the humility to acknowledge that another person's horizon reveals a landscape we have never walked.
