UFC Flyweight Allan Nascimento Dies at 34 After Apparent Heart Attack

Brazilian UFC flyweight Allan Nascimento has died at the age of 34 after suffering an apparent heart attack in his sleep, the UFC confirmed on Monday, August 3rd.

Nascimento was found unresponsive at home. Despite efforts by responding medical personnel, he was pronounced deceased at the scene.

The UFC said in a statement: "Our thoughts and deepest condolences are with Allan's family, friends, teammates, and loved ones during this incredibly difficult time."

Born in São Paulo, Nascimento compiled a 22-7 professional record across promotions including RIZIN, Legacy FC and Dana White's Contender Series. He joined the UFC in 2021, going 4-2 inside the Octagon. His final bout came just six weeks ago — a split decision loss to Mitch Raposo at UFC Vegas 119 on June 20.
