Key Responsibilities
* Develop, implement, and monitor Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) policies and procedures across the organisation.
* Ensure compliance with applicable safety regulations and statutory requirements.
* Conduct workplace inspections, risk assessments, and safety audits to identify and mitigate hazards.
* Investigate workplace incidents and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
* Organise and deliver safety training, induction programmes, and emergency drills for employees.
* Monitor PPE usage and promote a strong safety culture throughout the organisation.

Requirements
* Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Occupational Health & Safety, or a related field.
* Professional HSE certification (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH, ISPON, OSHA) is highly desirable.
* Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Health, Safety & Environment within a manufacturing or industrial setting.
* Strong knowledge of Nigerian HSE regulations and international safety standards.
* Excellent leadership, communication, and incident investigation skills.
* Ability to develop and implement effective safety management systems.
