🇳🇬 HIRING: HEAD OF HUMAN RESOURCES

📍 Location: Ikeja Office, Lagos
💰 Salary: N2,000,000 – N2,500,000 Net (Negotiable based on experience)

Reports To: General Manager/Group Managing Director

Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute comprehensive HR strategies that drive operational efficiency, talent optimization, and workforce retention across corporate and manufacturing facilities.
* Serve as the lead expert on labour relations, collective bargaining, grievance handling, and dispute resolution within a heavy industrial environment.
* Ensure all HR practices, workplace policies, and facility operations comply with the Nigerian Labour Act, Trade Unions Act, Factories Act, and other statutory frameworks.
* Lead large-scale change management initiatives, workforce planning, and succession management programmes.
* Develop, implement, and audit HR policies, employee handbooks, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
* Oversee performance management systems tailored for continuous operational environments.
* Mentor and supervise HR and Administrative teams from the Ikeja office.

Requirements
* B.Sc. or HND in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or a related field.
* MBA or Master’s degree is an added advantage.
* Active professional membership with CIPM or an equivalent globally recognized body (e.g., SHRM).
* Minimum of 25 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 10–15 years in a senior leadership role within a manufacturing or industrial plant environment.
* Demonstrated career stability with more than 2 years of tenure in previous roles.
* Must be comfortable operating primarily from the Ikeja office.
* Strong knowledge of Nigerian labour laws, industrial safety regulations, and manufacturing HR practices.
