Dear 2020 Me,

First of all... breathe. I know you’re in school stressing over exams and thinking “what’s even the point of all this free time after?
God really came through. Through my best friend, TechCrush showed up like “hey, want a scholarship?” And we said yes before we even knew what we were saying yes to. Brave or confused? Both.
I wasn't even sure if my application would be accepted. Turns out that it did. 😁
I even considered cybersecurity and front end. Then I saw AI & Machine Learning and I was like “...what is machine learning? Is it robots taking over?” Turns out it’s us taking over😂. By God’s grace we stuck with it.

2020 me, you should be proud of us now because:
1. We didn’t quit. Even when nothing made sense, we kept showing up.
2. We can actually code. Remember watching YouTube tutorials and feeling sad? Now we’re building our own capstone project and working with real datasets.
3. We turned fear into skill. You thought “AI is for geniuses” — but look at us becoming one.
4. We chose growth over comfort. We picked TechCrush, learned AI/ML, and didn’t settle for “just any course.”

I’m so proud of you for starting. The version of us in 2026 is sitting here typing code, learning AI/ML, and actually excited about the future.

Keep going. It gets better. It gets funnier. It gets way cooler.
