Those who've gone before us and are ahead of us in time, experience, and grace.

They are the beacon of light we see, the epitome of example we follow - like our Lord Jesus Christ - as we tread on this very path we're commissioned to walk upon for His name and glory's sake.

We've been saddled with the responsibility to hold the fort, lift high the banner of holiness, and show forth the character of righteousness.

The Lord will suffer no harm to overtake us, because we are still His vessels - purified for every good work and fit for His use.

Yet we must not be found wanting, but trusted to carry on till the end and prevail in victory!

Throughout the years I was with him, I didn't realise what was happening to me, until I went to school. Then I realised how his demeanour has rubbed off real good on me.

This gave me a meaning on how my association can directly or indirectly influence me. Ever since, while I can be fond of everyone, I choose who I should associate with always.
