As a quiet person, whenever I want to give my contribution people become silent and want to listen because it’s not every time they hear me speak. Quietness is a tool also that can be used to your advantage.. scarcity increases value so while you may be silent sometimes, you can still be relevant and valuable. Let people see your value at the same time, be strategic with your speech.
