State policing is a welcome idea if proper execution is done by those whose public trust on. Laws when made with pure conscience and for the good of the people keeps everyone in checks. It guides, tames, encourages, discourages, etc. What matters is the minds that handles or exercise this laws and on who. We will need mind shift for the law or any bill to take good effect on the people/nation. Whether we rush or not, let it be from pure conscience and for the good of the nation please. It is not the law or any bill but the mind of the enforcer.

Lastly, national assembly and state assembly please do your due diligence. Don't be in a rush to approve please. If you are not sure or clear on anything in the bill, please beckon on the constituted body and have an intelligent interaction to put things in place before approval.
