STOP HIDING MEDIOCRITY BEHIND SELF-LOVE.
Some people have turned “self-love” into an excuse to remain exactly where they are. They say, “I love myself just the way I am,” even when there is obvious room for growth.
Self-love should not mean refusing to improve yourself. Love yourself enough to become better. Work on your character, your appearance, your communication, your dressing, your knowledge, your skills, your discipline and your mindset.
There is nothing wrong with accepting yourself, but there is everything wrong with using acceptance as an excuse to reject growth.
You can appreciate who you are today and still work relentlessly towards who you want to become tomorrow.
Don't confuse self-acceptance with self-satisfaction. One gives you peace; the other can keep you stuck.
This is Mild Uchenna, and yes, I believe you should love yourself enough to keep developing yourself.

This line hit different.
We can love ourselves and still want more for ourselves.
This is the balance.
Gratitude + Ambition.
Peace + Progress.
