FirstBank has concluded the maiden edition of its Spark A Gem Challenge, awarding N10m in grants to women entrepreneurs under its FirstGem proposition. From 356 applications spanning agriculture, education, healthcare, and food services, eight finalists completed a four-day capacity-building programme before pitching to an independent panel.
