LEADERS MUST MAKE THEMSELVES ACCESSIBLE TO THE PEOPLE. True leadership demands absolute accessibility, rooted in compassion, responsibility, and clear direction. Even the Almighty listens and responds; our democratic leaders must do the same. True statesmen and women must remain reachable to the citizens they serve. Consequently, advisors and gatekeepers must keep these channels open, rather than blocking access for personal gain.
A leader without empathy is no leader at all—they fail the very public that entrusted them with power. Ultimately, the choice to demand responsive, compassionate governance rests squarely in our hands.
