Team Nigeria🇳🇬 won bronze in the men's 4x100m at the Commonwealth Games in Glasgow.

The power quartet of Favour Ashe, Kayinsola Ajayi, Nicholas Fakorede and Udodi Onwuzurike ran a Season's Best of 38.12s to finish 3rd in a tightly contested race.

They finished behind Australia 🇦🇺 who won in 38.07s, followed by Canada🇨🇦 in 38.11.

“We’re heading in the right direction," Onwuzurike told reporters. "These past couple of years have been difficult," he added, citing difficulties qualifying for the world championships. "To come here and get a medal, [it] feels literally amazing."
