Whether one supports or opposes the government, the concerns raised by Cardinal John deserve serious attention. Many Nigerians continue to struggle with the rising cost of living and expect their leaders to respond with empathy, urgency, and effective policies. Political parties should also be consistent in how they respond to criticism, regardless of who is in power.

This government is not reasonable at all and it saddens my heart.
