*The Prophetic Church & The Parable of the King, the Storm & the Fall*: The presidential spokespersons’ attacks on Cardinal Onaiyekan- is absurd, hypocritical, and diversionary; it echoes the Igbo axiom: "When the gods want to destroy a man, they first make him mad." I can visualize a dramatic scene featuring towering, shadowy figures of ancient gods in the clouds, subtly casting a glowing, swirling mist of confusion down upon a lone, arrogant man who laughs blindly at the edge of a high cliff!
