Who else has noticed technical glitches that your comment appeared on another person's post you didn't engage.

Yesterday someone said that my comment does relate to the content.
But later told me that it was glitches.

I observed it this morning. Seeing my page's comment on a content I haven't commented on. Within some seconds it will disappear
