KNOW MORE THAN THEY KNOW

Acts 16:16-17 KJV
And it came to pass, as we went to prayer, a certain damsel possessed with a spirit of divination met us, which brought her masters much gain by soothsaying: [17] The same followed Paul and us, and cried, saying, These men are the servants of the most high God, which shew unto us the way of salvation.

Knowledge is not only important to succeed but a very vital factor to overcome every obstacle in life. Knowledge is so important because there is no way you can do without opposition. The devil does not have power to win until he knows you are ignorant. This is shown in the temptation of Adam and Jesus. He used the same tactics for the two of them. He just tried to manipulate the scripture. The ignorance of Eve made Adam fall but the wisdom and knowledge of Jesus made the devil leave in disgrace.
The Bible says that a damsel who is possessed of the devil kept following Paul and Silas for some days. He was describing their personality of being genuine men of God even when they did not introduce themselves to her. This means that the devil knows who you are in the spirit. It shows that the devil does not work in ignorance. When the person of Jesus was a mystery to every man as they all described Him as a prophet, the demon that possessed the mad man of Gadarene knew the truth about Jesus as the son of God.
Matthew 8:29 KJV
And, behold, they cried out, saying, What have we to do with thee, Jesus, thou Son of God? art thou come hither to torment us before the time? This is the same information that Jesus said was not supposed to be easy for a man in the flesh except being helped by the Spirit of God. Matthew 16:17 KJV
And Jesus answered and said unto him, Blessed art thou, Simon Barjona: for flesh and blood hath not revealed it unto thee, but my Father which is in heaven.
Beloved, you must understand that one of the strengths of the devil is knowledge. That is why he tries to use a wrong knowledge to suppress the truth of God in us.
2 Corinthians 10:5 KJV
Casting down imaginations, and every high thing that exalteth itself against the knowledge of God, and bringing into captivity every thought to the obedience of Christ.
There is a thought that you need to put into captivity that was brought into you by the devil. Since he knows so much, it is very important that we intentionally. Work against ignorance. The Bible says we should not be ignorant of him because he can take advantage of you through ignorance.
2 Corinthians 2:11 KJV
Lest Satan should get an advantage of us: for we are not ignorant of his devices.
Stop living Your Christian life without the consciousness of knowing God and your world. Take the word of God more seriously than anything when you go to Church (Ecclesiastes 5:1). Do not allow the devil to know more than you. That could be dangerous to you when your enemy knows you more than you know him.
