There are Band A customers who do not even receive six hours of electricity a day, even though they are supposed to get up to 20 hours. When will that be addressed? NERC’s regulations clearly state that if customers do not receive the required hours of supply, they should be downgraded and compensated. Yet, no community has been compensated.
