We have never been more connected... yet sometimes, never more disconnected.
A mobile phone can bring you closer to someone thousands of miles away.
But if you're not careful, it can slowly distance you from the people sitting right beside you.
How many families sit together at the dinner table, each person staring at a different screen?
How many parents are physically present but emotionally unavailable to their children?
How many friends meet up only to spend more time scrolling than talking?
Technology is a gift. It helps us learn, work, communicate, and stay connected across the world. But it should never replace genuine human presence.
The people beside you today deserve your attention more than the notifications on your screen.
Sometimes, the greatest way to show someone you love them is not by sending another message, but by putting your phone down and truly being present.
The world can wait for a few minutes. The people you love shouldn't always have to.
What's one phone habit you think we should all change?
Happy Sunday, Lekeelekee Family. ❤️

For families who eat together, no phones around the dining table rule should be enforced
I think we should learn to keep our phones in our pockets when we are having a conversation with someone.
To me, giving someone your full attention is one of the simplest ways to show respect. It makes the other person feel heard, valued, and appreciated.
I must admit, I find it difficult...
