JUST IN: Defending champion Nigeria edged Zambia by a lone goal to keep hope alive in ongoing WAFCON tournament in Morocco.
Azizat Oshoala's 8'minutes goal earn the Super Falcons their first 3 points behind Zambia and Malawi.
In the other preliminary match, Malawi defeated Egypt by 3-1 to advance to the round of 16. This kept them top of the Group C table.
