MTN and this "SIM recycling" thing is so annoying.

I have a SIM card registered with my NIN, but I wasn't actively using it.
A few weeks ago I put it in a phone and there was no network signal at all.
I was wondering why, until today I saw that someone is already using that sim on WhatsApp.

Were my details removed?
