I realized something a long time ago, if people aren't yet moved by your communication, focus on building a relationship first. Share valuable points in a few sentences or short paragraphs, not too long, because most people will skip them.

But once you've earned their trust, even if you write a whole storybook, your die hard audience will read it to the very last word.
