UNILAG Student Wins N3.5m at Huawei Global ICT Competition in China

A University of Lagos (UNILAG) student, Peter A. Fagbola, has won first prize at the Huawei Global ICT Competition held in Shenzhen, China, earning a cash prize of N3.5 million.

Fagbola, who studies in the Department of Systems Engineering, Faculty of Engineering, competed as part of Team Nigeria Cloud, which topped the global competition in the cloud category.
