As a concept , patriotism has been overly abused , misused and misrepresented by the members of the ruling party (APC), to them patriots are those who have directly or indirectly embezzled or misgovern the country...that's why during the last primaries....many of them were either given a ticket or promise of juicy appointment....in a sane society wont the kogi man be behind bars.....a government that protects and harbours criminals.......the national assembly, a retirement home for criminals called ex governors...the lives of ordinary Nigerians doesn't matter again....yes they have succeeded in using religion, ethnicity and tribalism to divide the people....but one thing I will always tell them....power is transient and for every actions of a man there is a corresponding consequence...to fellow Nigerians....let's hit the ballot again against this Ruiners of our beloved nation....it's for inec to announce and its our right to decide who they will announce....we shall overcome....2027 ...a New Nigeria is possible
