Vs 9 For this is as the waters of Noah unto me: for as I have sworn that the waters of Noah should no more go over the earth; so have I sworn that I would not be wroth with thee, nor rebuke thee. 
Vs 10 For the mountains shall depart, and the hills be removed; but my kindness shall not depart from thee, neither shall the covenant of my peace be removed, saith the LORD that hath mercy on thee.
That is a scripture that speaks about Jesus. God will not be angry with us. His love is everlasting. He is not excited to punish people.
Ephesians 1:5 Having predestinated us to the adoption of children by Jesus Christ to himself, according to the good pleasure of his will,
We are children by adoption. To be family with someone means you share same heritage, root.
He calls us sons.
Hebrews 2:10 For it became him, for whom are all things, and by whom are all things, in bringing many sons to glory, to make the captain of their salvation perfect through sufferings. 
Vs 11 For both he that sanctifieth and they who are sanctified are all of one: for which cause he is not ashamed to call them brethren,
Jesus is the one perfected through sufferings, not us. We are already sons. Brethren means we are of the same family. We have been forgiven in Christ Jesus. It is our inheritance in Christ.
CONFESSION: I am a son of God by love, a new creature in Christ. Forgiveness is mine in Christ Jesus.
