The above video simplifies what public policy is so that the ordinary person can understand it and how it affects them. Would they be 'losers' or 'gainers'? If it would make them 'losers', then who would be 'gainers'?

While public policy often requires trade-offs, given competing needs, good public policy should always seek to achieve the greatest good to the greatest number of people.

The expectation is that the education and information contained in this video would empower ordinary people to ask the right questions and make the right choices among competing political actors and policies during and after elections in a democracy.
