UNDERSTANDING POLITICS

Disagreement is normal in politics. Criticism is part of democracy. Politics must never erode the culture of respect to elders and demonstration of personal integrity and responsibility. Someone's personal success does not require the destruction of others. Politics is not about finding satisfaction in the pain of others. It is about winning people over, uniting them for peace, and adding value to the society so that everyone can thrive. Outside of this vision, you are a failure. This is the true purpose that great leaders are intentional about achieving.
