IF YOUR SALVATION CAN BE LOST BY YOUR OWN FAILURE, THEN YOU'RE NOT IN COVENANT WITH GOD — YOU'RE ON PROBATION WITH A DEITY WHO DEMANDS YOU EARN WHAT HE ALREADY PROMISED TO GIVE.

That's not the gospel. That's pagan religion wearing a cross.

The God of the Bible doesn't just forgive you — He gives you His own life. "He who has the Son has life... these things I have written to you who believe in the name of the Son of God, that you may know that you have eternal life" (1 John 5:11-13).

Eternal life that can be lost was never eternal to begin with.
