Who else watched President Ruto speech to Kenyans abd the world on Kenya economic blueprint?
One thing that caught my attention was the establishment of the infrastructure development fund that will fund their infrastructures sustainably.
It was a speech of economic reality, hope, defined action plans and trajectory.
