The point isn’t simply that Governors are receiving four to five times more than what was earned during the period when the President served as Governor of Lagos State. What must be considered is the real value of money then versus now — specifically, the value of the naira at that time compared to its value today.

Without that context, figures alone can create a misleading narrative. Data without insight can distort reality.
