Fake Agency: I Commend The Head Of Service For Taking Responsibility, We Need To Endorse Her - Epelle

I am not speaking on her behalf, but the truth is we should not dismiss her decision to come forward and take responsibility for the lapses. I also understand that the Office of the Accountant-General has accepted some responsibility. My concern is this: who were the individuals within those institutions that made these decisions? Those responsible should be questioned, rather than placing the blame solely on the leaders who have stepped forward to take responsibility.
