Did I hear Tinubu say that governors are wasting money on unnecessary flyovers? Flyovers that will help reduce man hour losses on our roads are more economically beneficial and cost-saving compared to the wastefulness arising from the usually endless presidential convoy and presidential fleet of aircrafts.
