Nigeria in July 2026 is battling 3 big issues: rising attacks in the north forcing an army expansion, 63% poverty with food inflation near 17% pushing 36M people toward hunger and low public trust amid corruption and xenophobia concerns.

Solution: Build Community Security + Food Hubs - pair local vigilantes with new army units for faster response, buy food locally to cut costs and support farmers and publish clear monthly reports on how subsidy savings are spent.
