I saw this, I had to pause and listen.

Reality works like a mirror.
The image is your mind,
and the reflection is your life.

You can’t change the reflection
without changing the image.

Whatever you think, believe,
and feed your mind
will eventually show up in your life.

So if you want a different life,
start with a different mind.

If you want new results,
get a new mindset first.
