It is deeply disappointing that, despite the ongoing fake agencies scandal in Nigeria, not a single public official has resigned to take responsibility.

In many countries, public officials step down when serious failures occur—not only because they are personally guilty, but because leadership comes with accountability. Yet, in this case, no one from the Senate, the House of Representatives, or the agencies reportedly involved has resigned.
