But the real test of leadership is whether those improvements are felt beyond the Federal Capital Territory. A successful government should not create one world-class capital surrounded by struggling communities.
The standard Nigerians should demand is simple: not just a capital that looks like Paris, but a country where citizens across all states enjoy better roads, reliable electricity, quality healthcare, good schools, security, and economic opportunity.
