Oyo Abduction: Why We Tracked, Arrested Kidnappers’ Families – Tinubu

President Bola Tinubu has explained that his administration refused to negotiate with kidnappers or pay ransom over the abduction of schoolchildren and teachers in Oriire, Oyo State.

Tinubu said tracking suspects and their families was part of intelligence efforts to tackle criminal networks, adding that the government remains committed to fighting insecurity and protecting citizens.
